My recent visit to the hotel was primarily for a short business trip. I found the overall experience quite satisfying, particularly appreciating the air conditioning in the room, which provided a welcome respite from the humid climate. Despite the ongoing challenges, the staff demonstrated a commendable level of hospitality and care. I felt genuinely valued as a guest, which made my stay even more pleasant.
